The layout plan (LOP) for RUDN Enclave Rawalpindi received approval from PHATA (Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency) with registration number “DG/PHATA/W-1/PHS/84/2023.” When real estate projects obtain official approval, they tend to have smoother and faster development processes. Moreover, the builder of RUDN Enclave Rawalpindi has also applied for a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the relevant department, Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA). Even at this early stage, the response from investors has been significant. It’s anticipated that the RUDN Enclave will likely secure the NOC from RDA in the coming months.

Location

It’s in a great spot close to important places It is positioned along Adiala Road, and this housing society boasts a strategic location adjacent to Bahria Town Phase-8. The Rawalpindi Ring Road project spans 38 kilometers and is set to include six lanes, five interchanges, and eight economic zones. It’s poised as a major upcoming initiative for the city, promising significant economic growth and job opportunities. By directing traffic across various routes, the road’s design aims to minimize congestion, making it one of Rawalpindi’s most eagerly anticipated projects.

Moreover, Gate 1 of the RUDN Enclave sits adjacent to the Rawalpindi Ring Road, offering easy access to the new Islamabad International Airport and other key locations in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Master Plan

The RUDN Enclave Master Plan outlines a huge neighborhood covering 30,000 Kanals, divided into distinct General, Executive, and Overseas blocks. NESPAK was responsible for its design. Within RUDN Enclave’s primary buildings, the Executive and General blocks, numerous smaller blocks are established. Additionally, each block, situated away from populated plots, is designated to have its commercial area.

General Block

Within the RUDN Enclave, the general block stands as the first cluster, followed by seven additional blocks within it. These include A Block, B Block, C Block, D Block, E Block, G Block, and H Block, each with its unique pricing and amenities. Below is a table detailing each section and its respective descriptions

E Block Offers plots in 4 Kanal and 8 Kanal sizes, including some farmhouses with dam views, symbolizing tranquility and comfort.
G Block Urban-use plots in sizes: 5 Marla, 7 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal; all plots in this block are sold out.
H Block Newly developed; plot sizes to include 5 Marla, 7 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal, with most plots intended for residential use. Some 4 Marla plots are designated for commercial use.
Executive Block

The Executive Block spans over 3500 Kanals of land and presents an array of plot sizes mirroring those found in neighboring blocks. Specifically tailored for residential purposes, these plots come in varying dimensions: 7 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal. Moreover, this block accommodates ready-to-use 4 Marla and 8 Marla plots. Boasting an expansive 280 feet as its widest main boulevard, the Executive Block ensures ample space for ease of movement.

Complementing this are service roads measuring 120 feet, 80 feet, and a minimum of 40 feet, facilitating efficient traffic flow and accessibility throughout the area.
